High-Grade Professional Education Centre was established in May, 1988 by Prof. Williams A.O.Egbuta as a multi-Professional Training Centre. The primary purpose of the Centre is to provide a forum for student training and development for sound management of human and material resources at home, in industry and commerce.

The centre runs mainly Diploma and Higher Diploma on Full-time and Part- time of its own programme in addition to National Diploma, NCE, Higher National Diploma of its affiliates Institutions in Nigeria,The Polytechnic Ibadan, Yewa Central college of Eduaction, Abeokuta which it runs on Part-time basis.

To provide both Theoretical and Practical approach to the study of Management Sciences in all its ramifications. To produce men and women of high professional ethics in these fields to meet the challenging needs of today’s business, and who will make positive contribution for the benefit of humanity in general.

Our philosophy is to produce the best of students based on intimate relationship of extreme candor and the development of extra study materials for study at home. The Institute gives assurance to its students to take them through their professional examinations by the provision of adequate study materials tailored towards such Professional Syllabus.
