High-Grade Professional Education Centre was established in May, 1988 by Prof. Williams A.O. Egbuta as a multi-Professional Training Centre. It is today Incoporated as a Limited liability Company. The primary purpose of the Centre is to provide a forum for student training and development for sound management of human and material resources at home, in industry and commerce. Since its inception in 1988, the centre has produced many students at lower and middle level manpower. It has also produced high caliber professionals who today hold senior level positions and are contributing to the Political, Social and Economic development of the country. |
